You must be in

Bookings are transferable
but non refundable |

Where the date
of a booking is to be changed, at least
10 working days notice is required prior to the original
date booked |

If skidpan.net
need to change a date at least 10 working days will
normally be given. bad weather may cause dates to be
changed at very short notice |

Skidpan.net reserves
the right to send home any driver who is driving dangerously |

If drivers fail
to arrive on the day booked, refunds will not be given |
| 9 |
On the day drivers
will be required to sign a disclaimer of liability regarding
accidents and injury |

Drivers under the
age of 18 will require the signature of a parent or
guardian |
| 11 |
Vouchers can be
used for up to 12 months from the date of purchase |

Skidpan.net reserve
the right to change the conditions of entry without
prior notice |

Due to the chance
of accident or mechanical damage skidpan.net may need
to change vehicle types |
Indemnification
You will be asked to sign the following
indemnification
before driving:
In consideration of the acceptance of this booking or of
by being permitted to take part in this event I agree to
save harmless and keep indemnified skidpan.net, such person,
persons or body as may be authorised by skidpan.net to promote
or organise this event and their respective officials, servants,
representatives and agents from and against all actions,
claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death
or injury to myself, howsoever caused arising out of or
in connection with this entry or taking part in this event,and
not withstanding that the same may have been contributed
to or occasioned by the negligence of said bodies, their
officials, servants, agents or representatives.
Furthermore, in respect of any parts of this event of ground
where third party insurance is not required by the law this
agreement shall in addition to the parties named above extended
to all actions, claims, costs expenses and demands in respect
of loss or damage to the person or property of myself, my
driver(s), passenger(s) or mechanic(s).
If you are under 18 , please ask your parent or guardian
to sign this form for you.
